FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q - Do you print full bleed?
A - On Yard Signs, we cannot print full bleed (minimum of 1/2" margin required). Vinyl banners and vehicle magnets can be printed full bleed.
Q - What types of files do you accept? What resolution?
A - We accept AI, EPS and high resolution PDF files. We prefer a resolution of 300 dpi or higher.
Q - Is there a size limitation on art files?
A - This website can accept file uploads up to 8 MB. If you are experiencing any problems with your upload or if your file is 8 MB or larger, you can upload to our FTP instead. Please contact us for directions.
Q - What is your production time?
A - Production for standard orders is up to 2 business days.
Q - What is your cut off for orders?
A - Orders received during regular business hours will go in that day. Orders received after 5 PM Eastern time will be processed the next business day.
Q - How do you ship? Can you use my FedEx/UPS account?
A - All banners are shipped via UPS. All yard signs and vehicle magnets are shipped via FedEx. Unfortunately, we cannot ship via 3rd party.
Q - Are there any set-up fees?
A - We do not charge any set up fees.
Q - Are there any art fees? Will I get a proof?
A - We do not supply proofs. Artwork must be submitted print ready, with a 1/2" margin (we do not print full bleed on yard signs).
We reserve the right to review all submitted art files. Any changes
made by our art department to adjust submitted art files to make them
print ready will incur a $39.00 art revision fee.
Q - Will my order be taxed?
A - We collect your tax ID so that we do not have to apply tax to your order. If you are a wholesaler located in FL, we will also need a copy of your current year's resale certificate. Please e-mail a signed copy to [email protected].
Q - Do you offer terms? What forms of payment do you accept?
A - Unfortunately, we do not offer terms. This site accepts American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard for payment.
